A Little Bit About Me

I am an integrative counsellor, through my training in different approaches I have flexibility in how we work together. Through the safe and confidential therapy relationship we will find a way that works for you.

I support adults and young people over 13, who want to understand themselves better and begin to develop more self-compassion and less self-judgement. To know how to make better choices and be able to speak up for themselves.

Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and a lack of confidence can all feel impossible to overcome. They can feel like you, rather than something you are experiencing. It can be easy to fall into the belief there is something wrong with you, rather than you are doing the best you can to cope with something.

I believe no matter how difficult the situation or feelings you may be experiencing, there is always hope and change is possible.

Outside of the therapy room I enjoy being in nature and love living by the sea. I use running and yoga to support my own mental health and I am always open to new and creative ways to live and work.
