What to do when everything feels too much

I clearly remember standing in front of that piece of artwork when I was in Tate Liverpool and thinking I know that feeling. It was so powerful that I had to take a photo of it and show it to people. Not everyone got it, but those who did instantly recognised it, that feeling “It is all too much”, and “I’ve had enough.”
